Shipping Information

Posters are available to be shipped worldwide.  beyondthewall.com uses the US Postal Priority Mail Service to send out your order.  Orders usually take 24 - 48 hours to process before being shipped.  However some orders may take up to ten (10) business days to process.  Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday; no orders are processed or shipped on those days.  Priority Mail is usually received within 3-4 days after being shipped in the Continental US.

Shipping charges are per order (1 poster or 10 posters)
Fees:
Ground- $7.95 (7-10 days)
Priority Mail - $9.95 (2-3 days)
Express Mail - $21.95 (overnight)

Order Process

Shopping Cart
Our convenient, secure Shopping Cart system is the easiest way to order:

1. Browse through the site and add the items you want to your Cart. You can change item quantities or remove items at any time by clicking on 'View Cart'.
2. When you're ready to place your order, click the 'Checkout' link. We offer an option to create an 'account', which saves your name and address information so that you can place future orders faster. The cart automatically calculates shipping charges and sales tax if applicable (PA & NY residents). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
3. Your credit card information is sent to us securely via an encrypted link - SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), and you will receive an email confirmation of your order. We'll ship your order as soon as possible.

Phone, Fax, Mail
If you prefer, you may place an order via Phone, Fax or Mail.  Please note that our operating hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday.

For phone orders, please call our toll-free order line: 1-800-598-9848.

For Fax (570-476-5383) and Mail orders, please include the following:

• Your name and address, and the 'ship to' name and address (if different)
• Product Code, Title, Price and Quantity for each item
• Desired shipping type; add shipping charges (see above) to your total
• Add any applicable sales tax to the total (after shipping charges). This only applies to Pennslyvania residents (add 6% sales tax), and New York residents (add 8.25% sales tax)
• Credit card type (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), the card number, and expiration date. For Mail orders only, you may pay with a money order (no personal checks accepted)
• A phone number and email address where we can reach you if there is a problem with your order

Packing Information

Great care is taken to package your posters for shipping.  We always roll our posters and gently place them in a secure tube with packing material at the end.  Our posters are placed in the tube in mint condition, however sometimes due to shipping the products may become damaged.  If you receive a damaged shipping tube, you should refuse to accept it and we will not charge you for that order. Should this happen, we are more than happy to send you out a replacement poster free of charge.
